Katie Price’s eldest son, Harvey, suffers from multiple disabilities including blindness, Prader-Willi syndrome and ADHA, as well as being on the autistic spectrum.
Which is why the mum-of-five was especially pleased to learn that her brave boy had overcome his personal difficulties to find love.
That’s right; Harvey has a girlfriend!
Speaking to OK! Magazine, Katie revealed that Harvey is dating a girl named Tia, whom he goes to school with.
She said: "It was so weird to actually see them together when Tia came round for the party - it's like they're actually boyfriend and girlfriend."
"I don't think they kiss or anything like that, but I think they sit next to each other at school.”
However, while the Loose Women presenter is thinks the couple are “cute together”, she went on to explain that she doesn’t think her eldest son should ever have children of his own.
"Physically he could have kids but mentally he couldn't," she said.
"It wouldn't be fair as he can't even fully look after himself, let alone a child or wife."
It echoes Katie’s previous comments about Harvey when she sat down to speak with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
At the time, she admitted that she finds it difficult to trust Harvey around her other children, Junior and Princess, her son and daughter with ex-husband Peter Andre, and Jett and Bunny, her and Kieran Hayler’s young children.
She said: “They know if he’s in a bad mood or not and if he’s in a bad mood they know to stay away, because you just don’t know what he’d be like.
“Sometimes he might pick Bunny up and wants to kiss her, and I go ‘Ah, that’s so sweet’, but really I’m thinking ‘Oh my God, is he going to launch her?’ because you don’t know what he’s going to do.
“You do have to watch him with everything.”
The 38-year-old also explained that Harvey will, most likely, live with her for the rest of his life, in order to get the round-the-clock care that he needs.
But, when asked if she’s ever had any moments where she thought she couldn’t cope, Katie said firmly: “With Harvey, never. He’s got such a big personality, he makes me laugh, I love him so much and I know that he absolutely dotes on me.
“Everything [he does or says] is about mummy, what picture he’s going to do for mummy…
“And I think out of all of my kids, everyone always says that Harvey’s their favourite because he’s just so funny and as he’s got older, his personality has come out.”
She added: “Yes, he is challenging and hard work, he wets his bed… he doesn’t know how to aim on the toilet, so we’re constantly cleaning the toilet, but you know, that’s part and parcel of having Harvey and I would not change anything.”
