Trolls started to blast her, writing to the star that they ‘felt sorry for your children’ before typing: “You are a mother and you speak like that? You really are disgusting.”

Not one to take things lying down, Katie wrote back: “Wind your beak in ! It's people like you that cause Shit because you know shit.”

As her fans offered their support in the gathering Twitter storm, she tweeted: “Thankyou what have I done wrong to deserve abuse when I haven't done anything wrong why should I justify.”
