The star has had enough of internet trolls abusing disabled son Harvey, and is campaigning for it to become a crime

Katie Price has been forced to take action against online trolls and bullies, due to the level of abuse her 15-year-old disabled son Harvey is receiving.

The ex-model told ITV's Peston on Sunday, earlier today that "Harvey was getting racial abuse, they were mocking him, doing sex videos on him, putting him in t-shirts. He's got complex special needs - I've got five children but they always pick on him".

She added that she had previously been to the police with evidence of the online abuse, but they were unable to do anything about it due to the current lack of legislation.

She also said that she has already been successful in having two people arrested because of trolling. Katie said; "I got two people arrested, (the police) seized all their computers, they seized everything, took them quite far, but then it got to the point where they can't charge them with nothing because there's nothing in place for it".

The star continued, "If I said something on the street about someone, you'd get arrested or whatever, but why is it online it doesn't seem strong enough?

If you go to buy a car, you need to give your address, you need to have some kind of security, and they need to do that online".

Katie also emphasised how online trolling can result in many people being driven to suicide, and that it is an issue that affects "everyone".

We hope Katie is successful in her attempt to make trolling a crime! Have you been affected by trolling? We'd love to hear from you over on TwitterTwitter and **Facebook**Facebook**!**
