Katie Price denies footballer Fernando Ricksen’s sex claims: ‘ One night with her was worth the 25k fine’

Katie Price has taken to Twitter to deny claims from former footballer Fernando Ricksen that they had a one night stand together.

The claims emerged in the ex Rangers player’s new book, which also reveals that he that has just five years to live after being diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

Taking to Twitter on Saturday, mother-of-four Katie wrote:

'Fernando is a beautiful man and it is devastating to hear of his illness.

'We both had a great night all those years ago but we did not have sex'.

37-year-old Ricksen revealed in his book Fighting Back: The Fernando Ricksen Story, that he met 35-year-old Katie in Glasgow 10 years previously.

Ricksen claims he took the then-single Katie to a strip club after meeting her at a party that night, before allegedly taking her to a £450-a-night luxury hotel.

‘The sex was amazing - it was a once-in-a-lifetime I will never, ever forget,’ he writes.

Katie took to Twitter on Saturday to deny the couple slept together

'I was all over the front pages and looking back shagging Jordan was only going to have one result but I took the club fine - happily.

‘My night of passion with Jordan cost me £25,000 - it was worth every penny. '

'I was having problems with my ex-wife Graciela and we'd split up. I was on the prowl again. That night I was damn proud of myself - banging Jordan was one hell of an achievement.'
