The former glamour model reached out on Twitter to let her followers know how she was feeling, tweeting various motivational messages from her YouGossip page.
The 36-year-old addressed criticism for playing her whole life out in the public eye, reposting a message that read:
'You own everything that happened to you. Tell your stories. If people wanted you to write warmly about them, they should've behaved better.'
Katie was obviously feeling the need to hit back at her critics, posting a series of further messages explaining what she was going through.
'Loyal people still exist,' she posted, obviously in reference to her former best friend Jane, who after two decades of friendship had an affair with Katie's husband.
She also posted the message: 'You never know how strong you are…Until being strong is the only choice you have.'
'Life is short there is no time to leave important words unsaid,' she added.
Katie ended her motivational spree on an upbeat note however, posting the message: 'There are so many beautiful reasons to be happy.'
The star is currently seven months pregnant with Kieran's baby.
