The party was being organised by Kieran and Jane Pountney - Katie's 49-year-old friend who Kieran had a seven month affair with.
But pregnant Katie has now cancelled the event, in favour of a spa day with some close family members.
According to The Sun, the former glamour model feels she's 'got nothing to celebrate' after her husband of a year admitted to being unfaithful.
Another pal, chatting the paper, said: 'It's so awkward. Kieran and Jane had planned everything for the day so Katie could relax. It was based on two of her favourite things, the colour pink and bling.'
Understandably, Katie no longer wants anything to do with the party arranged for her by her husband and her former friend.
On Thursday it was revealed that Kieran Hayler will be unable to speak out about the details surrounding their split and his affair - because he signed a confidentiality agreement before marrying Price.
Katie revealed that husband Kieran had been having a 'full blown sexual affair' with her best friend on Twitter, announcing that they would be divorcing.
