Former glamour model Katie, 36, recently went under the knife for her seventh boob job and reportedly went down five sizes.

A source told the Mirror: "For a long time Katie has felt like she was more recognisable for her breasts than anything else but she wants to shake that image off a little.
"She's also a serious businesswoman and entrepreneur. She felt the boobs were holding her back a bit from that image."
It's not just professional reasons behind Katie's reduction, she also felt they stopped her from doing normal, every day things.

The source continued: "She was fed up of constantly having to have her clothes made to measure and has wanted to be able to buy high street clothes without hassle for years.
"The reduction is huge and instantly visible. People will be able to see it straight away.
"On top of that, her pregnancies and childbirth had begun to have an impact on them. The time was just right."
Speaking at the launch of her new fragrance Kissable Fierce last week, Katie said: "I'm tiny. For the first time in 20 years when I walk in room people don't look at my boobs, they look at my face."
