Katie Price has slammed her ex-husband Peter Andre for apparently refusing to let her spend time with their two children, Princess and Junior, over Christmas.

Slamming him as a fake family man, she tweeted:

And, to finish off her rant (which, incidentally, occurred on the one year anniversary of the death of Pete's brother), she accused Peter of refusing to spend any time with her eldest child Harvey from a previous relationship, whom Pete had always said was like a son to him:

We guess that Peter had better get used to airing his dirty laundry in public, as he will be going head-to-head with his ex-wife at the High Court in March after talks that have been going on between their respective legal teams since March 2012 broke down.

Now married to Kieran Hayler, Katie claims pop star Pete, along with his manager, tried to leak details of her private life to the press and wants a cool £250,000 damages.

Unsurprisingly Peter - who is now expecting a baby with girlfriend Emily MacDonagh - vehemently denies this, filing papers which allege that Katie used her private life for commercial gain when she discussed a miscarriage she had in 2009 in an interview with Piers Morgan.

A source close to Katie said to The Mirror: "Neither of them will back down. This will now be about the winner taking it all."

We hope that the pair remember that they have two children to think about and do the best for them when they meet in court.
