Katie Piper, 30, became a mummy when she gave birth to her little girl Belle Elizabeth on 14th March 2014.

Since then, she's kept her little girl under wraps - but the proud mummy couldn't resist showing off her little girl's bravery after her first injection.

The sweet photo, which shows Katie's hand tenderly cradling Belle Elizabeth's little leg, shows the baby has had her very first jab.

Proud mummy Katie captioned the image: "My little girl has taken after me- a high pain fresh hold!

"Very brave today having her first jab! #bestronglittlelady"

Isn't she adorable? We're glad she's got her mummy there to kiss her better - after all, nobody likes injections!

Katie is currently in a relationship with a long-term partner James, 28, who wishes to stay out of the limelight.

They took to Twitter on the 14th March 2014 to announce the birth of their little girl, writing: "I am delighted to tell you that our daughter Belle Elizabeth was born today!

"Overwhelmed with happiness. We can’t wait to get to know her!"
