Campaigner and TV personality Katie Piper, 30, has made it her mission in life to inspire us - and make us feel great about ourselves.
So it makes sense that the mum-of-one has launched an anti-bodyshaming campaign on Twitter.
She wrote: "You will never look like the girl in the magazine. The girl in the magazine doesn't even look like the girl in the magazine."
Then, warming to her theme, the mum-of-one added: "Don't let filters and photo shop make you feel like c**p about yourself!
"Have a great day everyone and be the best version of you that you can be. There is no other competition in life #onlyyou"

In 2008, her violent ex-boyfriend Daniel Lynch ordered acid to be thrown in her face as revenge for being rejected; Katie had cut ties with him after he raped her and held her captive in a hotel for eight hours.
Since the attack, after which she had to endure over 40 operations, Katie has bravely rebuilt her life and inspired many with her series of thought-provoking documentaries.

She has also set up her own charity, The Katie Piper Foundation, which organises activities for people with burns and scars, as well as assisting with medical treatments and support.
We love that Katie - who is a proud mum to baby daughter Belle Elizabeth with partner James - has taught us to stay optimistic and prize inner beauty above all else.
