Katie Hopkins recently sat down on This Morning to explain that she has piled on 3.5 stone so that she can lose it all again.

KATIE HOPKINS REVEALS WEIGHT GAIN STRUGGLES

Why? To prove how easy it truly is to shed the pounds in her upcoming show, Lose It With Katie.

But, taking to Twitter, it seems as if Katie is having doubts about her plan as she admits she is 'scared' of the project she has undertaken.

She wrote: "Of course I am scared I won't lose the weight. I am 40 and I don't know what to do with this belly."

But, sticking to her guns, the former Apprentice contestant added: "But I believe there are #Noexcuses"

By showing her fears, however, Katie seems to have garnered support from fellow Twitter users, some of whom have dubbed her and her experiment as 'inspirational'.

One wrote: "Inspirational... Obesity is not a disability. Sooner people see the better."

KATIE HOPKINS: "IF YOUR HUSBAND CHEATS, YOU HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME- LOSE WEIGHT!"

Another added: "Well said and inspirational #Noexcuses"

A third insisted: "Winners find a way #teamK"

However others slammed the 39-year-old for her actions, with one dubbing Katie a 'bully' for her behaviour.

Another added: "Have you stopped to consider that sometimes its a physical symptom of an emotional problem and counselling is actually needed?!"

Katie Hopkins will begin her weight loss programmed on the 8th September, in a bid to prove that we can make a difference to our weight if we simply 'stop eating and start moving'.
