Katie Hopkins has hit out at Kelly Clarkson’s weight gain again.
The 40-year-old claimed Kelly, 32, could not use baby weight as an excuse, despite giving birth to daughter River Rose last June.
Speaking to Entertainment tonight, Katie said: “Kelly Clarkson is now a chunky monkey, if we’re putting it kindly. She does look like she’s eaten her backup singers.
“My advice: she needs to get out there with her stroller and do some pushing and get some of that weight off.”
The social commentator added: “That’s not baby weight. That’s carrot cake.”
Mum-of-three Katie then suggested that Kelly’s weight gain is going to have a negative impact on her daughter.
She continued: “Every fat child has a fat parent. And that’s – for me – why Kelly Clarkson is an important example. She needs to allow her daughter to grow up knowing that it’s not great to be fat. It’s much better to be healthier.”
But Kelly recently hit back at Katie in an amazing way. When asked what she thought about Katie’s comments, she simply replied that she’d never heard of her.
When it was explained to her, Kelly responded: “Oh, and she’s tweeted something nasty about me? That’s because she doesn’t know me. I’m awesome! It doesn’t bother me. It’s a free world. Say what you will.”
Take that, Hopkins!
