Newlyweds Kate and Rio Ferdinand have been showing off their impossibly toned bodies on Instagram with a throwback post from Christmas Day.
Former Towie star Kate took to the ‘gram to upload a sizzling picture of her and Rio in matching red swimwear as they celebrated the festive season in the Maldives.
“Christmas Day 2019, #takeusback”, she wrote alongside the picture, and fans flocked to the comments to compliment the pair on their fit bods.
“Your body is unreal”, wrote Towie star Chloe Meadows, whilst Lydia Bright commented a series of hearts.
And fans were pretty impressed too, with one writing, “ I would give ANYTHING for her body 😍🔥🔥🔥!!!” and another gushing, “this is what I aim to look like on Christmas day 2020...shes actually unreal”.

The super fit couple regularly post details of their grueling work outs and meal plans, with Kate even posting from the beach on their luxury holiday to show fans how she was keeping on top of her training over the indulgent festive period.
“You don’t always need a gym to exercise‼️ Really simple workout on the beach,” she said. “This is really simple and looks easy but it’s a burner!”

Rio and Kate married in an intimate ceremony in Turkey last September, attended by TOWIE stars and friends and family.
Lydia Bright’s mum Deborah, who attended the nuptials, took to social media to say, “Thanking @xkateferdidnand @rioferdy5 for sharing precious moments of your life with me… the love I felt was utterly overwhelming surrounded with your special family and friends was priceless.
“May I wish you a life time of happiness sprinkled with stars to guide you through married life.”
