Featuring a range of tablet cases and phone covers including a patent crocodile skin design inspired by a vintage Alfred Dunhill lighter and a bold star case designed around a diamond necklace from Kate’s jewellery box, the range draws inspiration from the 39-year-old supermodels own wardrobe.

Speaking about the collection, Kate commented: ‘The range is a reflection of my personal style and every piece was inspired by something I already own and wear,’

‘After spending time designing each piece individually, I’ve loved seeing the range and my vision come to life,’ she added.

For the launch of the collection, Kate held a private lunch yesterday at The Ivy in Covent Garden, which was attended by close pals Sadie Frost, Jamie Winstone, Nick Grimshaw and Pixie Geldof.

In an interview with a UK fashion magazine at the launch, Kate said: ‘I was inspired by all the things I love. It was very much about the texture and the detail - a star, a stud, some leather.’

Commenting on the collaboration, she explained: ‘They approached me. I looked into it and I realised that there was nothing else like it out there - there was nothing that I liked, anyway - nothing really luxury, nothing really chic.’

Kate, who told the fashion magazine that she was ‘really pleased’ with the range added ‘I hope that everyone else likes it too - where's yours? You should have one!’
