CHELSEY HARWOOD HELPS MOTHER GRIEVE FOR STILLBORN BABY
Middleton put her arms around trembling Leigh Smith, 33, whose baby daughter, Beatrice, passed away at East Anglia Children’s Hospice - of which Kate is royal patron.
Mrs Smith told the audience at the fundraising event of her horror when her newborn was rushed to hospital with a heart problem.

‘It was a lovely gesture and helped me through a terrible time,’ said Leigh, who was touched by Kate's kindness.
‘When I met her today she remember the letter and said it was an honour to meet me.'
