This week people in America were enjoying Independence Day and the gorgeous actress Kate celebrated it this year by revealing that she does in fact airbrush her body.
The 37-year-old uploaded a picture to her 4.8 million Instagram followers, wearing a two-piece with the American flag on it, with the caption: "From my airbrushed a*s to yours… Happy fourth!!!"
We love that the mum-of-two is honest and shows that celebrities do airbrush their bodies, even if it’s just for social media.
The actress has previously spoken about body image: "I think women are programmed to not feel that great about ourselves.
"Our bodies are constantly telling us that we’re not good enough.
"And I think that’s because we’re so highly scrutinised – our image, our beauty or the idea of beauty – whatever that is because I believe it’s subjective," she told The Independent.
And this isn’t the first time we’ve seen her bum, she recently uploaded this photo with the caption: "#tbt #PrettyHappy #LOVE #AlmostFriday"
Kate seems to be a great woman, an amazing role model and it seems she has a good sense of humour as she posted this photo of herself in the gym along with “So… my workout wasn’t nearly this fun but I did it #tgif #CocktailTime”.
We love that she's at the gym but is thinking about cocktails - she just might be our spirit animal.
