Kate Ferdinand has revealed she gave birth to her newborn son Cree via emergency c-section while opening up about his “traumatic” birth.

The former TOWIE star welcomed her first baby with husband Rio last week and confirmed the name of their new arrival on Christmas Day when she posted an adorable family snap of them with Rio’s children Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine.

Kate has now given fans a closer look at baby Cree in a new Instagram photo which she shared alongside a candid post about life as a new mum.

Next to the photo, which shows Kate posing for a mirror selfie with the newborn resting on her shoulder, she wrote, “Day 11... What a bubble this is…

“We are so obsessed with our little angel Cree. I just seem to stare at him for hours on end 🥰 seeing the kids and him is literally what dreams are made of, feeling completely overwhelmed 🥺.

“I wanted to share this with you. This is me ... and let me add this is a much better version of me than the last 10 days.”
