The 26-year-old model is currently with singer Chris, 25, but she has admitted it’s a struggle with him having such a famous ex.
Speaking to Keke Palmer on Just Keke, Karrueche said: “I’ve never dated a celebrity before so it was all new to me. Paparazzi and all that.”

But as well as having to come to terms with her new boyfriend’s crazy lifestyle, Rihanna, 26, was never too far away from Karrueche’s relationship.
She continued: “And the, even the situation with Rihanna, you know the reason why people tuned into this so much because it’s relatable.

“I have girlfriends, I have family who’s gone through the same situation. It’s the case of the ex. We all go through it, do you know what I’m saying.”
During the emotional interview, Karrueche also claimed it wasn’t only Rihanna that she had to deal with, but also her army of fans – known as the Rihanna Navy.
“In this case my boyfriend is a celebrity whose ex girlfriend is an even bigger [celebrity]. So, I’m not only fighting a battle with her, I’m fighting a battle with her 14 million fans or however else,” she said.

She revealed that she experiences Twitter abuse from Rihanna’s legion of loyal followers, who ‘make up crazy stuff’ about her.
But that isn’t even the hardest thing for Karrueche, who says that was “the heartbreak, because it was a real situation.”
