What’s the inspiration behind the collection with Argos?
The inspiration is really my sisters and I each have different jewellery ideas. Kim is very simplistic and if she’s gonna wear something, it’s like solid gold, and not really anything too crazy. I love big hoops and statement necklaces and Kourtney’s into really lovely rings and bangles so it’s really all those three mixed into one. A little bit of modern and then sleek and you still get that vintage edge to it. My mum has some really lovely vintage pieces and we’ve used a lot of that to get inspired.
Who is your jewellery inspiration?
I don’t know. I think I have my own style but I do admire Jennifer Lopez. She loves a good hoop and I am a good hoop girl. I feel naked without hoops; I don’t know why, that is my thing.
Is jewellery your favourite present to buy?
I like to buy my own. I think jewellery for me is very personal because people have bought me jewellery that I would never wear and then I’m like, ‘What the hell? What do you do with it?’ Jewellery is personal, but if you know someone’s style – if someone were to buy me hoops, I would love it all day. I know exactly what jewellery to buy Kim and Kourtney likes anything vintage looking. You just have to know that person. But otherwise I like to personally buy my own, but it is an easy gift because you don’t need to know anyone’s size, so that’s the best part!
How would you describe your style?
I think my style is sexy but still edgy. I love to rock a motorcycle jacket, but then I still love a form fitting dress. I’m very moody so I like to express myself within my clothes. I love Rosie Huntington. She has phenomenal street chic style, but she’s just so pretty, she’s so gorgeous. I also love Jennifer Lopez’s style and Miranda Kerr. I have a lot of people I would take bits and pieces from to make it my own and I think that’s the key about fashion. It’s not a cookie cutter; people have to put their own twists on things.
