The rapper was taken to Epworth Hospital in Richmond, Melbourne, after suffering from a severe migraine.
According to a source, Kanye’s doctors were worried that the 37-year-old was about to suffer from a seizure. They then made the decision for the rapper to undergo an MRI scan following his arrival at the hospital.
The insider said: "Everyone was massively panicked."
Loraine Kelly, who was with her daughter at the hospital, told an Australian newspaper: "Everyone was moved out of the waiting and consulting rooms."
Another witness told the Daily Mail Australia that Kanye and wife Kim Kardashian’s dash to the hospital caused ‘dramatic scenes’ on the roads in Melbourne, where Kanye is currently completing the Australian leg of his tour.

"Kim and Kanye were in one car, and a second car with their security team drove behind but slowed down to block any paparazzi or fans from following them,” they said.
"Their car was able to get away so that they were not followed to the hospital."
Despite the dad-of-one receiving medical attention, another source told E! News that Kanye’s condition is not serious.
They said: "[Kanye is] fine and didn’t have a major health scare or seizure.
"He just suffered a migraine and went to the hospital simply as a precaution."
