Just when we thought someone had been (mercifully) sent to calm the Kardashian circus, we seem to have been proven wrong.

Kanye West has put an abrupt end to the rumours that he refuses to be part of momager Kris Jenner’s quest for complete media domination, by starring in her show.

The Diamonds singer appeared on Kris Jenner’s show, which has been widely panned by critics, to declare his love for babymama Kim Kardashian and their 2-month-old daughter North West.

The special interview shows the 36-year-old joking about 32-year-old Kim’s apparent obsession with sportsmen, including basketball players Reggie Bush and Kris Humphries.

'I am so in love with Kim, I thought about playing sports!' the rapper playfully reveals during the upcoming episode, due to air this weekend.

In contrast to this recent show of publicity, he previously told a US newspaper he wouldn’t be appearing on the Kardashians’ reality show with North, adding:

‘This is my baby. This isn't America's baby.'

Speaking about his previous brief stints on the show, he also revealed:

'I decided to not be on the show anymore'

‘You know, the amount of backlash I got from it is when I decided to not be on the show anymore.

'And it's not that I have an issue with the show; I just have an issue with the amount of backlash that I get.

‘I just don't want to talk to America about my family....I would do anything to protect my child or my child's mother. As simple as that.'

It looks like Kanye has now fallen under the famous Kris Jenner spell.
