The 20-year-old star posted a picture of the actor crying to his page late on Wednesday evening, following an altercation between the pair earlier this week.
On Tuesday, video footage emerged of The Lord of the Rings actor taking a swing at Bieber in an Ibiza restaurant.

Luckily for Justin, his pals held Bloom back as he tried to get closer to the star, but he was feeling much more vocal once away from the situation.
On Wednesday evening Justin posted the crying photo, took it down 20 minutes later, only to put it back up again. He also taunted bloom with a photo of his bikini clad ex on his page.
According to onlookers at the scene Monday, Bieber made reference to Orlando's ex wife Miranda Kerr, who is a Victoria's Secret model.
Justin said to Orlando: 'what's up b****?' Before adding 'she was good.'
It is thought the comments related to Bloom's ex, Miranda, with whom Justin apparently went on a date with in 2012 - while she was still married to Orlando.
In another complicated twist, Bloom allegedly took Justin's ex Selena Gomez on a date earlier this year - forming a love square or sorts.
And it's not the first time Kerr has had men brawling over her. Earlier this year, billionaires James Packer and David Gyngell scrapped in a Sydney driveway in an alleged fallout over the supermodel.
