Ahead of a concert in Toronto, Canada, the singer was pictured leaning over his hotel balcony and spitting on hoardes of fans who had gathered outside his hotel.

After the act, the star is seen laughing and joking with friends before taking a video of the crowd. The star then posted the footage on his instagram account entitled: 'I wake up this morning to this :) best fans in the world #beliebers #sexyfans.'

Justin also posted one of his famous 'selfies' on the site, showing him enjoying himself on the balcony.

Earlier this year, Bieber was involved in an altercation with a paparazzi photographer in London, threatening to 'Beat the f***' out of him.

And earlier this month and Ohio based DJ accused Bieber of spitting in his face, saying: 'He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something...and spit in my face.'

The 19-year-old is also accused of spitting in his neighbours face after he complained that Biebs was driving his Ferrari 'insanely fast.'

Justin is currently on tour in his native Canada promoting his third studio album, Believe.
