Justin Bieber charged with vandalism for egg attack

Popstar Justin Bieber has been in trouble with the law again, after he allegedly hurled eggs at a property in Calabasas, California, causing thousands of pounds worth of damage.

The 20-year-old singer stands accused of causing $20,000 worth of damage in January this year, when he threw eggs at the residence.

According to entertainment site TMZ.com, Bieber has already struck a deal to plead no contest to the misdemeanour in exchange for two year's probation and community service.

Bieber has also agreed to pay the owner damages of upto $80,000.

The incident happened in the same neighbourhood where the star owned a house at the time - shortly afterwards he sold the property to Khloe Kardashian.

This latest legal woe comes after a string of issues in the past year, with Bieber also facing prosecution over an alleged assault on a limousine driver in Canada in 2013, and he was arrested for driving under the influence in January.

According to TMZ, Justin has also agreed to undergo anger management classes as part of his plea deal.

Bieber shot to stardom at the tender age of 15 with his hit Baby. Since then, the star has battled a number of legal issues, although his fan base reminds firmly behind the star.
