Josie added that the driver was travelling at 45mph and that he was then treated at Southmead Hospital in Bristol after the incident.

'Josh got hit by a taxi at 45mph. Lucky to be alive' she wrote.

'Big thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Southmead Hospital tonight.

'You are truly amazing people, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you x'

The star also shared a picture of her brother looking bloodied and bruised in his hospital bed, although he looked like he was still managing to crack a smile.

Earlier this year Josie's other brother Harry was beaten up by thugs on a night out, with the star left fearing he could have been killed in the attack.
