The 28-year-old mentored Denise, Laura, Jeanette and Kate for two months on the same 1,250 calorie high-protein diet that she follows, and the results are impressive.
Denise, 48, went from a size 20 to a size 14-16, losing over 2st by dieting and joining netball and spinning classes.
Speaking about her weight loss, she revealed:
‘Josie helped me cut out carbs and sugar and focus on eating filling, healthy meals like chicken or beef stir fry. In two months, I’ve lost over 2st and five inches off my tummy!’
Laura, 30, lost 1.5st and wore a bikini for the first time in years on holiday.
‘Starting the diet was difficult but I’ve totally changed my eating habits,’ she admitted, adding: ‘I travel for work, so I did circuits of lunges, press-ups and squats in hotel rooms. I feel amazing.’
33-year-old Jeanette almost went the route of lipo, but no longer needs to after losing a staggering 7st 4lbs.
‘I started Josie’s plan back in November 2012 and had already lost 6st before May- now I’ve lost another stone and 4lbs,’ she explained.
All in all, I’ve gone from 23st and a size 24-26 to 15st 6lbs and a size 16. I barely recognise myself!’
Kate, 25, dreamed of go back to her pre-pregnancy body, and with Josie’s help she now feels like her old self again, revealing:
‘I knew I wasn’t big, but I wanted to tone up my mum tum and feel good in a bikini. I lost 2-3lbs a week and was really chuffed to reach my size 10 target.
‘I eat yoghurt with oats in the morning, prawn salad for lunch, and ham, houmous and salad wraps for dinner. I also go running for 40 minutes on my lunch break’.
