She transformed her body in 2013 when she lost almost 7st and dropped from a size 20 to a size 10.
And flaunting her amazing figure, Josie Gibson – who has maintained her slender shape and even become a qualified personal trainer – tells Closer she credits occasionally indulging in her favourite high-calorie foods to help blitz her body and maintain those killer abs.
The 30-year-old reveals: “I’ve been pretty steady with my figure since losing weight but, at the start of the year, I wanted to really blitz my body for summer and drop those stubborn few pounds.
"But I found I just plateaued. I was eating healthily 100 per cent of the time – cutting out sugar, processed carbs, wheat and dairy – and working out four times a week, but nothing changed.
“Then I went to a nutrition expert who told me to have a blow out with my diet. I thought, ‘sod it’ and went for a curry and had loads of glasses of red wine. The following week I went back to my usual diet and exercise and dropped a couple of pounds instantly."
