The 24-year-old took to Twitter to make the revelation, insisting she would sue anybody who publicises the tape.
She said: “I’m being bribed with an intimate tape. Any press in talks to buy the footage needs to contact me ASAP as I am underage in the footage and can prove it. I’m distraught.
“I’m genuinely 15 and can prove it.”
Mum-of-three Josie then defended herself to trolls, insisting the claimed sex tape was not an attempt at getting publicity.
She blasted: “People saying this is so I can sell another story are THICK. I’ve put it on Twitter so I won’t get paid and do you honestly think I need this kind of publicity straight after the documentary when everybody has been so nice to me. Do I f*ck! [sic]”
One concerned follower replied: “Jose don’t be selling a sex tape please!! It’ll do nothing but come back on you, you’ll start getting negative attentions again [sic]”
However Josie insisted she would have no part in the tape going public. She said: “Babe, I honestly wouldn’t. If this tape is sold I’ll wipe the floor with everyone legally. X [sic]”
Last week Josie’s documentary ‘The Most Hated Woman In Britain?’ aired, receiving surprisingly positive and supportive reviews on Twitter.
