While the rest of Twitter fell into silence in a mark of respect to fallen soldiers, mum-of-three Josie Cunningham took to the social networking site to gush about some good news she'd had instead.

She wrote: "I wanna scream, and shout, and let it all out!!!!! waves hands in the air like a mad man"

Josie was criticised openly by fellow Twitter users, with one writing: "What a stupid stupid tweet to put up during the 2minute silence!!! Somebody get her the dunce cap!!!!!!"

Another added: "Sheer & blatant disrespect."

PANIC AS JOSIE CUNNINGHAM FORCED TO QUIT JUNGLE

Josie has refused to apologise for her comments - and now her manager has attempted to defend her, by saying her tweets were actually after the two minutes were up - even if it was just seconds.

Rob Cooper wrote today: "Josie's tweet yesterday was at 11:02am, theres a 2 minute silence from 11am - therefore her tweet was AFTER the silence had finished."

He added: "She's made mistakes and isn't perfect, but this is proof that people assume the worst of her without looking at the facts.

"She tweeted because she had been given good news and was about to collect something from passport office."

Clearly riled by the criticism she received for her comments, Josie tried to make light of the situation by saying that she is, at least, not as hated as Katie Hopkins.

She wrote: "I am NOT the most hated woman in Britain! Hopkins is! Fav if you think Katie Hopkins is, Retweet if you think I am. Let's put this to rest!"

Katie has yet to respond to Josie's comments.
