The mum-of-three is famous for having a boob job on the NHS, which cost the taxpayer £4,800.

But her agent Rob Cooper has shown what Josie looked like before the fake boobs, tan and blonde extensions.

He posted a picture to Twitter showing Josie before fame, and insisted that bullies pushed her into the fakery.

"Josie with no tan & B4 any cosmetic surgery. Completely natural. Constant bullying made her believe she was ugly… [sic]."

It comes after Josie was charged last week for posting private sexual pictures on Twitter.

She spent the day at a police station and is expected to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on 12 June.

A source told the Mirror: "Josie has been helping police with their enquiries over the past couple of weeks.

"She is an open and honest girl and she has nothing to hide."
