The mum-of-two caused national outrage when she admitted she had booked a termination after she feared being pregnant would jeopardise her place on the Channel 5 show.
But after coming clean about her decision, the 23-year old received death threats on Facebook and Twitter, and even Katie Price branded the model 'absolutely disgusting' for her admission.
However, days later Josie felt her baby kick for the first time, and decided to keep the baby.
But Cunningham, who first shot to fame after she had a £4,800 boob job on the NHS, hasn't given up on her dreams of stardom - and now reveals she wants to film the birth of her baby and sell it on DVD.
'By selling DVDs of the birth, people will get to see my maternal side. I love One Born Every Minute - it'll be just like that,' she said.
'I regret even considering the abortion, but at the time I thought it would help my career. Fame is something I've always wanted.'
Josie hit back at Katie Price last week after the star called her 'disgusting' and said she was getting famous for the wrong reasons.
Cunningham retorted: 'I'm not sure if I'm more hurt or disappointed with the fact you have called me disgusting. I completely idolised you'.
