The former escort shared a black and white photo of a baby's hand clutching onto her finger just hours after informing Twitter followers that she had gone into an early labour.
A source told The Mirror: “It was a long labour and she’s relieved it’s over and so happy her baby girl is okay.
“She’s doing well. She hasn’t named her yet but likes the idea of naming her after Katie Price’s new daughter Bunny.”
Josie, 24, went into labour shortly after discovering that she had been 'tricked' into believing she was sleeping with a premiership footballer.
The man turned out to be impersonating premiership star Curtis Davis.
She wrote on Twitter: "Before I explain why I have no doubt that people will think I'm lying, but I'll upload some proof that I have been completely manipulated by a man for the past 18 months pretending to be a premiership footballer.
"I feel physically sick having to admit I was fooled by him and had sex with someone who simply looked like and claimed to be someone he wasn't."
