Josie Cunningham revealed last year that she wanted to have surgery on her nose in order to follow her dreams of becoming a glamour model.
The mum – who is currently pregnant with her fourth child – wanted rhinoplasty in hopes of having a nose similar to Michelle Keegan or Jennifer Aniston.
However, according to The Sun, doctors have refused the surgery because her nose is “beyond repair”.
The source said: "Josie was planning on flying to Prague in October after giving birth to give herself an image overhaul ready to see in the new year with a new image and new outlook to life.
"Surgeons have said her nose job is not achievable… [She broke] down in tears crying about her nose being beyond repair."
Doctors told Josie last year that cosmetic surgery was too risky whilst she was pregnant, and she then made the controversial decision to terminate her unplanned pregnancy at 12 weeks.
At the time Josie revealed she was having the nose job “no matter what”.
"I’m having this nose job no matter what gets in my way. Pregnancy was a major obstacle and an abortion was the answer to it – so that’s what I did,” Josie told the Sunday Mirror.
“Anyone who criticises me for putting my looks ahead of an unborn child has no right until they’re the ones putting food on the table for my kids.
"I don’t care what anyone thinks. My body, my decision."
Josie came into the spotlight after boasting about having a boob job on the NHS, which was worth over £4,000.
She previously considered an abortion with her youngest Grace, who is now two, because she wanted to appear on Big Brother. However, after hearing the public’s outrage, she decided against it.
But during a previous appearance on Loose Women, Josie admitted that she now regrets aborting her baby for her nose job. She told the panel: "I deeply regret about going against my own morals and having a termination. I'm disgusted with myself.
"But on the up, I'm absolutely over the moon. I couldn't be more prepared now for this baby."
