Pregnant Josie, 23, hinted she'd had some bad news, by tweeting: "Heartbroken :("
The mum-of-two gave no explanation as to what had upset her, but the troll immediately blasted her.
They wrote: "Just found out your having an healthy baby & not a 'Harvey'? [sic]"
Katie's 11-year-old son has suffered with multiple disorders since his birth, including septo-optic dysplasia, meaning he has limited vision, attention deficit disorder, autism and diabetes.
Josie hit back at the disgusting comment, writing: "You sad, pathetic, sick b*stard! [sic]"
Her followers also hit out at the troll, with one replying: "What an awful thing to say", and another adding: "F_cking below belt that sick c_** [sic]"
Meanwhile one of Josie's friends recently defended her, insisting she's a good mum, despite the controversy surrounding her.
She said: "All I'm saying is them kids are well looked after [sic].
"I know her and she loves her kids they are always clean always fed and want for nothing so yes she's a good mum [sic]."
