The controversial mum-of-three confessed doctors refused to give her a nose job while she was carrying her unborn fourth child, so she terminated her pregnancy at 12 weeks.
Speaking to the Sunday People, Josie said: “I’m having this nose job no matter what gets in my way.
“Pregnancy was a major obstacle and an abortion was the answer to it – so that’s what I did.”
But Josie, who previously threatened to abort her third baby to appear on Big Brother, claimed she’s done nothing wrong.
She continued: “Anyone who criticises me for putting my looks ahead of an unborn child has no right until they’re the ones putting food on the table for my kids.
“I don’t care what anyone thinks. My body, my decision. I put my life on hold for my other kids. But now is my chance to get the looks I need so I can have the career I always wanted. And I’ll love the money.”
Discussing the abortion, Josie admitted it was ‘upsetting’ but both she and the father knew she was ‘doing the right thing’.
Josie gave birth to daughter Grace last year and has two sons from previous relationships added that, no matter what anybody says, she doesn’t feel guilty.
She said: “I love sex. I love money. I love my kids. The nose job will give me the confidence to earn money to make my kids happy doing something I love. I have no regrets.”
