Despite fans losing interest, Jordan Banjo insists Cheryl is still 'a terrific dancer'

Cheryl has reportedly lost a huge 25,000 followers on Instagram following her flop on The Greatest Dancer - but pal Jordan Banjo has rushed to her defence.

According to heat, the Dancing on Ice judge admitted, "I wasn't shocked at Cheryl being a dance captain, and I wasn't shocked at the reaction, because of the achievements of what she's done, [but] I was always worried it would happen.

"I said before, don't let how amazing she is as a performer and as a singer and as you know her before, overshadow the fact that she has a wealth of experience in dance.

"She's grown up around it, she goes all around the world performing and dancing, last week throughout the opening numbers, Cheryl's a terrific dancer."

Jordan's comments come as Cheryl has reportedly lost an average of 510 followers per day since signing up to The Greatest Dancer - that's a whopping 24.5k in total.

Luckily for Chezza, it hasn't made much of a dent on her huge 6.1 million follower count on Instagram.

The latest revelation comes after Cheryl's turmoil with ex, Liam Payne.

They may not be together, but Liam is still embarrassing her

When she split from Liam Payne last year, Cheryl must have thought the days of him embarrassing her in public were over. But, not only has it been claimed Liam had hooked up with Love Island star Amber Davies, it was revealed he had been having "mind blowing" sex with current girlfriend Naomi Campbell.

"Cheryl is mortified by Liam and how he’s been carrying on," a source told heat magazine.

"She feels that Liam has been on a womanising bender since their split and it's really embarrassing for her. Firstly, because this is her little boy's father, and she can't ever erase that link, but secondly because it seems he has very little respect for her.

"He's making her look like a fool, a total prize fool. She expected him to be with someone like Amber, but Naomi is different.
