Joey posted a photo of the couple where they appear to be naked, with Joey nuzzling Sam’s neck as he reaches out to take a selfie.
He shared the caption: ‘One night means everything.’
The steamy selfie was posted on Joey’s Instagram page.
It seems that it was Joey and Sam’s last night together for a while, as Joey tweeted early the next morning.
Sam tweeted back: ‘And he’s off again on his travels. Have fun little monkey.’
The couple got back together earlier this year following Sam’s shock Crohn’s disease diagnosis.
The couple split last year in a dramatic showdown in Marbella. Joey later had a fling with I’m A Celebrity co-star Amy Willerton.
Sam then entered the Big Brother house where she enjoyed a flirtation with former Made In Chelsea star Ollie Locke.
Sam is looking much healthier and happier these days, and we think that Joey might have something to do with it.
