“I recommend holding out for The One, because it worked for me,” she told OK! Magazine.

“I was celibate for five years before I met James, and that was worth every minute.”

Jodie’s made no secret of her five-year sex ban, and shocked fans when she married James in a secret ceremony in Barbados last year.

“He’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a man, and everything I thought never existed as well,” Jodie revealed.

Jodie made her decision to abstain from sex after her previous failed relationships left her wondering if she would ever find Mr Right.

In October, the 37 year old told Star magazine the pair met in a car park: “He got out of the car and we looked into each other’s eyes.

“We both knew there and then we were going to be together. It was love at first sight.”

Most recently, Jodie took to her Instagram to deny any pregnancy rumours after fans started speculating: “Just because I got married doesn't mean I'm immediately trying for a baby. I have a LOT of living to do first with my wonderful husband.”
