The JLS singer, 27, and Chloe took to Twitter last night to announce their happy news.
Chloe wrote: “Sooo excited to announce that @JBGill and I are expecting our first child! I know J’s going to be the most amazing dad!”
JB gushed: “Mrs @ChloeSGill is soon to become mummy Gill!!!!!!!!!!!!”
The couple were immediately flooded with messages of congratulations from fans and followers.
JB’s former JLS band mate Marvin Humes and his wife Rochelle also sent their congratulations. Marvin, 29, and 25-year-old singer Rochelle welcomed their first child last year, a girl called Alaia-Mai.
The Saturdays star Rochelle wrote: “You don’t understand how excited Auntie Roch is…I nearly burst with excitement! Love you guys too much.”
Marvin added: “So so so excited! @JBGill and @ChloeSGill are expecting a baby!!!!!!!!! Boom! Congrats guys!x”
Following their Twitter announcement, JB posted a cute snap on Instagram of him kissing his wife’s baby bump.
Chloe and JB have been together for six years, and they got married in Scotland last month. Speaking shortly after the wedding, JB said: “We love kids and we’re looking forward to being parents.
“It’s something we’ve talked about, obviously, but there are no firm plans.”
