After it was confirmed that Jeremy McConnell IS the father of Stephanie Davis baby Caben Albi George the pair have finally met up since their breakup.
Steph and Jez have had a crazy relationship since they started dating last year but it appears that their feud is well and truly over. The reality stars recently re-followed each other on Instagram and Twitter and now according to The Sun they're "heading in the right direction."
A source recently opened up to the publication about the pair and admitted the former couple are now on speaking terms: "They're trying to rebuild a civilised relationship for the sake of Caben – they both knew that the situation had to change for things to move forward."
And now it's been revealed that on the weekend Jeremy went up to Liverpool to see Stephanie and finally meet his son Caben. This is the first time the pair have seen each other since their bitter breakup last April.
A source close to the couple admitted their meet up went "extremely well" and told The Sun: "Jeremy spent the weekend in Liverpool and finally got to meet his son for the first time – and spent some time with Steph too.
"It was an emotional reunion between him and Stephanie but close pals were glad to see the pair finally putting their past behind them."
Aww.
Last week Jeremy denied the idea of a reunion with his ex-girlfriend, he told The Sun: "I won't be getting back with Steph - even with the baby there it will still be toxic.
"I want to set the record straight and move on with my life, hopefully with my gorgeous boy."
But more recently a source hinted that the pair could get back together: "A few of their friends think something might even happen between them again in the future.
"There has always been a spark there even if it did end badly."
Since they first met in the Celebrity Big Brother house last year the CBB contestants sure have hit the headline. From cheating allegations to pregnancy rumours they've covered just about everything. Back in May Steph revealed to the world that she's expecting her first baby with her ex-boyfriend Jez.
Throughout her pregnancy he denied being the father of the baby countless of times but after Caben was born he admitted he thinks the baby is his son. He told The Sun: "I want the baby to be mine, I can see a resemblance.
"I never said the baby wasn't mine, all I said was that there was a doubt because she was with other men in the first two weeks of April."
He then appeared on This Morning where he took a DNA test and it was later confirmed that he is the biological father of Caben. The Irish model confirmed the news by posting an adorable photo of his son on Instagram and wrote: "Happiest man alive, my new focus."
Since the happy news both Steph and Jeremy have refollowed each other on Twitter and Instagram.
