In a series of tweets, the 30-year-old chastised the messengers for commenting on her weight, writing:
‘To all the horrible ppl commenting about my weight…I gave brth 12 WEEKS AGO! Sort ur heads out my baby boy is my priority NOT my size!!’
She continued, claiming to be ‘the luckiest, happiest woman in the world with two boys to die for so “ALL THE BEST!” To you!!x’
The ex Brookside actress, who is married to boxer Robbie Tickle, admitted she suffered with post-natal depression after the birth of her first son, Bobby, back in 2010.
Talking to Daybreak, the blonde beauty said: ‘There was kind of the baby blues that never went away and it was only that I was very lucky that my mum had suffered with it that she saw the signs straight away so my postnatal depression was treated pretty quickly.’
'For some mums it just doesn’t happen and then they feel that they’re a failure.’
She called on more support for new mothers, and for the stigma attached to the disorder to be removed.
‘If you look at adverts on TV, we’re programmed to think that this is the most special time in your life and you’re going to have this instant bond and this instant connection and for some mums it just doesn’t happen and then they feel that they’re a failure.’
The TV star gave birth to Harry back in July at Liverpool Women’s Hospital, the same centre were Coleen Rooney gave birth to her second child just months ago.
