Jennifer Aniston is one of our favourite people ever, even more so now she's shared her wisdom with us as she prepares to celebrate her 45th birthday.

During an interview with Parade, Jen was asked what she knows now that she didn’t at 25 - and it's pretty inspiring stuff.
The 44-year-old actress, who met Brad Pitt in 1998 when she was 29 and married the actor two years later, explained that she is now happier than ever now that she has moved out of her "awkward" 30s.
And she wishes she could go back and reassure herself not to worry, because everything will turn out just fine.
“There’s nothing to worry about — although I don’t think I had a care in the world at 25, either. That all started in my 30s, my awkward phase. I’m a little bit of a late bloomer!
“But it doesn’t matter to me because it just gets better. They do say youth is wasted on the young, but I feel just as youthful now — if not more — than I did when I was 25. I’m more in my body; I’m more in my mind. Life is full. Life is wonderful. We’re very, very fortunate.”
Thankfully, despite splitting from Brad in 2009, Jennifer is very happy and in love with husband-to-be Justin Theroux. In fact, she credits her man as helping her to feel beautiful, even when she's a little down on herself.
“I feel most beautiful when I’m just at home with Justin Theroux in the morning. Or any time of day I’m with him."
As for the constant swirl of breakup rumours that surround her, Jen wanted to reassure her fans that everything is amazing.
“My life is so fantastic. I’m so happy. There are a lot of exciting things that I’m excited about doing.
"I’m just so happy and I’m grateful for my fans. I just hope I keep doing work that they love.”

The actress feels beautiful whenever she's with her hubby-to-be, but she definitely LOOKS beautiful all the time rethinks to her iconic hairstyles. But, if she had the chance, is there any celeb whose locks she wishes she had?
“I think Giselle [Bundchen] has exquisite hair. That’s a pretty envious head of hair! And I love Kate Moss. She always has great hair.”
The star, who has a new short bob, was also asked to name the best hairstyle she's ever had. Could she pick a favourite?
“Well, that’s a good question because I just chopped it all off! I’m loving it right now. It’s right below my ear. I went short! But I do that every couple of years. It’s just nice to do something different.”
“[But] I’m a lover of long hair. I just think it’s beautiful. I would have to say that’s my go-to fave.”
Jennifer Aniston may not have signed up to do a Friends reunion episode (yet!), but, thankfully, she - like the rest of us - can still catch constant re-runs of the hit series on telly.
But does she ever sit down and watch herself as Rachel?
“I actually will always stop and watch, not for the whole thing, but usually because I’ve forgotten a lot of the episodes.
"It’s sort of fun for a second, I’m like, what’s this one? And sometimes it comes back to me. I always know what year it was by what length my hair was or what colour.”
Amazing! We can only hope that she started getting nostalgic for some more screen time with Monica, Phoebe, Chandler, Joey and Ross…
