The adorable photo racked up hundreds of comments from fans congratulating her and welcoming her to motherhood.
The 34-year-old gave birth to her first son on the 20th June and hasn't yet confirmed a name for her bundle of joy.
The happy couple's baby news first came to light back in February when a source told The Sun: "Jen and Greg are delighted. They have told their family and friends, who are chuffed too.
"Obviously after her difficult time filming her last pregnancy scenes on Hollyoaks this is a breath of fresh air for Jen.
"It’s going to be an exciting rest of the year for her."
