Another day, another escalation in the Gemma / Jason Dancing on Ice row

We last reported that Jason Gardiner, the token ‘nasty judge’ on the hit skating show, had demanded nemesis Gemma Collins be punished by bosses for her outburst on Sunday’s live show.

But it’s now been reported he plans to take things one step further, and is preparing to SUE Gemma for defamation.

Blimey.

To recap, the troubles started when Jason gave an utterly scathing interview about Gemma to the Sun,calling her lazy, uncommitted and saying, “Quit the BS and just apply yourself. I don’t want to watch a circus.”

And now, Jason has reportedly “made Gemma aware” that he intends to sue her for defamation – the first time a talent show judge has ever sued a contestant in the history of reality talent shows ever.

A source told the Sun, “He’s livid.

“He insists that all he did was give an interview to The Sun, where he was asked about lots of things, including Gemma.”

And Gemma is also possibly in over her head, possibly regretting that things have gone so far.

“She’s very stressed about the idea of being sued and she wants the situation to die down so she can focus on her skating,” the source continued.

“This has become the biggest reality show war ever."
