Jasmin Walia teases details of debut album: ‘I’d love to work with Mason Noise!’

Following her unsuccessful audition for last year’s X Factor, Jasmin Walia hasn’t given up her musical dreams – and is working hard on he debut album.

Jasmin, 25, performed in front of Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Mel B and Louis Walsh in 2014, but Si told her she ‘hasn’t got a great singing voice’.

Despite this, former TOWIE star Jasmin is ready to prove the music mogul wrong and had been hard at work.

Speaking to the Daily Str at the launch of her new clothing line with Miss Foxy, Jasmin said: “I’m in the studio writing my album – it has taken a while but it’s great.

“X Factor was an experience for me but now I’m doing it on my own.”

Discussing her sound, the Desi Rascals star added: “Very commercial, pop, dance and a bit of hip-hop.”

And Jasmin revealed she’d love to team up with one of this year’s X Factor hopefuls – the controversial Mason Noise.

She said: “I would love to work with Mason. I know he had a bit of attitude but I think he is amazing.

“It isn’t about having the best voice, it is about the package.”
