Jamie and Jools, both 40, have been together since 1993 and are parents to daughters Poppy, 13, Daisy, 12, Petal, six, and four-year-old son Buddy.
But, while they have one of the longest-serving celebrity marriages, the TV chef has admitted he thinks the trick is to lie to each other.
Speaking to the Sunday Times Food magazine, Jamie said: “I try not to do big lies, but subtle, gentle white lies are generally the key to a slightly happier life.”
He added: “They’re absolutely essential in a long-term marriage, I can assure you.”
It might be a strange one, but Jamie and Jools are clearly doing something right.
Earlier this year, the loved-up couple gushed over each other on social media when they celebrated their milestone.
Jamie wrote: “Happy 15th wedding anniversary @joolsoliver wow I can’t believe it’s been so long already. What a brilliant journey and thanks for everything you do babe. Tom mum Top wife [sic].”
And, alongside a previously unseen throwback from their wedding, Jools responded: “Woohoo 15 years. Most of my best times have been spent with you xxx looking forward to later xxx @jamieoliver [sic].”
