Earlier this year it came to light that James Argent had flown out to Thailand following a 'second overdose' and now he has opened up about his cocaine addiction and eating disorder.
The reality star explained that last year, after he suffered from two overdoses, paramedics broke into his house after his friends and families feared for his life - with Gemma Collins calling an ambulance.
Arg confessed that he "took drugs for three days straight on my own in the pitch black" which left his "heart beating out my chest". "nose bleeding" and his "breathing was terrible".
Arg started dabbling in drugs shortly after he joined TOWIE in 2010 but it was four years later that he knew he had a real problem when he missed a PA in Majorca and left everyone worried about his whereabouts.
The former TOWIE star admitted that his drug binges were not "glamorous" because he always took cocaine when he was alone. His addiction resulted in him being fired from the ITVBe show and the end of his relationship with Lydia Bright.

However, it's not just his drug addiction that Arg has secretly been battling, he's also opened up about his eating disorder.
He explained to The Sun that online trolling took its toll and after a cocaine binge he'd "wake up, feel low and be absolutely starving" and would eat lots of junk food.
Arg explained his addictions as "a never-ending tale of destruction" but after hitting rock bottom on Christmas Day, he rang his BFF Mark Wright and asked for help.
