TOWIE's James Argent has revealed a spicy secret behind his five-stone weight loss and it sounds delicious.
Last year, the reality star entered rehab following allegations of a 'second overdose' but now he's unveiled his dramatic transformation and confessed that he's still eating curries.
While advertising a meal service, he said that the curries "really taste awesome" before going on to say, "And at less than 400kcal the curry in a naan is ideal! They are low in sugar, natural ingredients and an excellent source of protein!"
He may be posing for a #AD but his hard work seems to be paying off as lots of his followers rushed to praise him.
TOWIE's Georgia Kousoulou wrote, "You look so good 🙌".
Megan McKenna said, "This has made me hungry 😂🙌🏽Looking good Arg!!! ❤️".
Mario Falcone commented, "You look amazing mate 🙌🏽❤️".

Arg's weight has fluctuated over the years but earlier this year the TOWIE star flew out to Thailand where he has previously received help.
At the time a source said, "He has realised he needs help with his recent addiction issues and with his weight loss battle, so has turned to professionals.
"Arg is receiving some of the best care in the world and so is in an environment to finally improve his physical and mental state," they told The Sun.

The country may be on lockdown but Gemma Collins apparently flouted government guidelines and travelled over 30 miles to spend the night with her on/off boyfriend Arg.
A source told heat magazine, "Gemma’s worried that the longer they’re apart, the more chance there is that Arg will strike up a conversation with someone else."
