The 27-year-old and Lydia, 25, got back together earlier this year after previously splitting over his infidelity.
But TOWIE star Arg has insisted he didn't have 'affairs', only one night stands with fans he met during nights out.
Speaking to OK! Magazine, he said: "It wasn't like I was having full-blown affairs behind Lydia's back or hooking up with people she knew - they were all fans."
Lydia has managed to forgive Arg, and The Only Way Is Essex fans saw them get back together during the last series.
Arg admitted that when he goes on PAs now he keeps Lydia updated.
He said: "If I'm going on a night out I'll let Lydia exactly where I'm going and who with and I'll text her throughout the night to let her know I'm thinking about her."
During the interview Lydia admitted that marriage is something that she and Arg want, but they're not rushing into anything.
She said: “We’re both still quite young and we’ve only just got back together. That doesn’t mean I’d say no if he asked, but I think we need to wait a while.”
