Ex-TOWIE star Jake Hall has received a restraining order after an explosive row with his fiancée and mother to his child, Misse Beqiri
The 25-year-old model and dad of one has not been charged with any physical violence or criminal offence, but has been ordered not to contact his influencer wife Misse for 28 days – which will include Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.
Both Jake and Misse, who first found fame on the Real Housewives of Cheshire, signed a non-contact order, which means reaching out directly or indirectly, or coming within a certain distance of each other during this time, will be regarded as a criminal offence.

According to The Sun, police were called to Misse’s house in Chelsea following a blazing row that was overheard by neighbours.
Both Jake and his lawyer strongly maintain that no physical violence or breach of law was committed, but that “perhaps a cooling off period is required.”
The couple share daughter River, who was born in November 2017.

They are thought to have been dating since October 2016, and became engaged in May of this year during a romantic couples’ holiday to Mauritius, where River and Misse’s first child, Julian (from her previous marriage to Danish footballer Anders Lindegaard) were absent.
Taking to their respective Instagram accounts, each posted a smiling picture of themselves showing off the sparkler on Misse’s left hand as it rested on Jake’s stomach.
“I do 💙 rest of my life with you,” Misse captioned the post, followed by a ring emoji.
